In the folder you just extracted, find a file named flash_tool.exe, which is the SP Flash Tool, and open/launch it.
On Smartphone Flash Tools (SP Flash Tools), make sure you are on the Download tab to proceed.
Click on scatter-loading to locate the scatter file inside the firmware you extracted earlier, which will look something like MT6572_Android_scatter.txt.
