The Mobicel Plum Tab is a compact 7-inch Android tablet released with the MediaTek MT6580 quad-core processor, 1GB RAM, 8GB storage, and Android 6.0 Marshmallow. Like many low-end tablets, it can develop system lag, persistent freezing, app crashes, battery-related shutdowns, Wi-Fi/Bluetooth bugs, and especially bootloops (getting stuck at Mobicel/Android logo, or restarting constantly). These issues frequently result from partition corruption, updates gone wrong, or battery wear. The only stable fix for most deep system faults is a clean reflash with the factory scatter firmware and SP Flash Tool.
This firmware is a proper scatter ROM and must be flashed using SP Flash Tool (MTK platform, Windows only). Flashing wipes all internal data.

How to Flash the Firmware
- Download and extract
Mobicel_Plum_Tab_MT6580_26072016_6.0.zip. - Install required MTK VCOM/preloader drivers on PC.
- Launch SP Flash Tool, click “Scatter-loading”, pick
MT6580_Android_scatter.txt. - Default “Download Only” mode is fine for normal restore.
- Power off tablet (remove battery if possible).
- Click “Download”, connect via USB, wait for green download OK.
