Flashing Requirements
- Official firmware for EXACT model/region code (Cxxx, Exxx) as found in Settings or original box!
- 8GB+ working SD card, formatted exFAT for large ROMs (>4GB)
- PC to extract archive; move dload folder containing Update.app to SD root
- Charge battery >50%. Full backup advised—flashing wipes all data.
How to Flash the Firmware
- Move dload folder (with Update.app) to SD root (do not unpack update_sd.zip inside)
- Insert SD, turn off phone, hold both volume buttons and Power until EMUI update screen (dload mode) appears
- Wait; device will verify and write firmware, then auto reboot—first boot will take longer
- “Update failed” or region loop: ensure region code, C-code, and correct file (try new SD if persist)
- Stuck after flash? Factory reset in Recovery, or reflash compatible region file
