You can change the Download Only to another option if you wish so.
Click Download, and then connect your smartphone while still off, and do not attempt to power it on.
The flashing will begin immediately; drop your phone to avoid interrupting the flashing and bricking your phone.
Wait for the flashing to finish, and a Download OK will appear.
You can unplug your phone and boot it up. The first boot takes time, so do not panic.
