How to Flash the Firmware
The Hotwav Venus V10 runs on a Spreadtrum (UNISOC) chipset, which requires the SPD Upgrade Tool for flashing. Here are the five main steps:
- Download and install the official Spreadtrum USB drivers on your Windows computer.
- Download the firmware file from the link above and extract the .pac file from the zip archive.
- Download and run the SPD Upgrade Tool application.
- Click the “Load Packet” button (the single gear icon) and select the .pac firmware file you just extracted.
- Turn off your phone, click the “Start Downloading” button (play icon) in the tool, and then connect your phone to the computer while holding the Volume Down button to initiate the flashing process.
